The new hostel in town, with a great location and free parking. The spacious kitchen offers ample storage for food, and the receptionist Rebekah from New Zealand was incredibly helpful.

Felt extremely welcome, with the staff always ready to assist. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location was perfect, great to easily explore all that downtown has to offer. The bunks were comfortable and well-designed, with privacy curtains and personal amenities. We also appreciated the clean and well-stocked kitchen, although it could have been larger for the number of guests.

We got very nice value for our money at this hostel. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable with thoughtful amenities like curtains on the beds for privacy. The location was amazing, with easy access to a bus that takes you to Banff, and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The Canmore Downtown Hostel provided us with an excellent stay during our trip. The private room we booked was spacious and clean, with a comfortable mattress and a big locker for our valuables. The hostel itself is conveniently located near Downtown Canmore, allowing easy access to highways and a variety of shops. The complimentary parking was a huge bonus. The hostel also enforced quiet time and had strict policies in place, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. Compared to the high prices in Banff, this hostel was a great bargain.

Additionally, there should be more plug-ins available in the common area to accommodate all the guests. The hostel could also benefit from more common space, but this is limited due to the building's constraints.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hostel! The facility was cozy and well-maintained, with big windows that offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The location was perfect - just a short walk from downtown, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I loved that the hostel provided curtains around the beds, giving me some privacy and a sense of personal space. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Meeting fellow travelers and sharing stories made my holiday even more enjoyable.

While my stay was great overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. The common area could have been cleaner, especially the tables which had visible stains.

We had a great stay at this hostel. the location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with high ceilings that made them feel spacious. the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies, making it easy to cook our own meals. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the helpfulness of the staff. it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The noise level in some areas. While the staff made an effort to enforce quiet hours, it would have been better if they were able to monitor it more closely.

I had such a comfortable stay at this hostel in downtown Canmore. The bedding was great and I loved how clean and bright the facilities were. The bathrooms and showers were great too. Despite a minor issue with the noisy bedroom doors, overall it was a wonderful option. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Canmore for a week and it was an amazing experience. For an average price in the hostel market, the services provided were exceptional. The hostel had spacious dormitories and bathrooms, with daily cleaning. The amenities included a well-equipped kitchen with free food, a comfortable bed, and a common area with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive, and I made some amazing friends during my stay. The location was convenient, with numerous restaurants and services nearby. The lockers in the room were spacious enough to fit all my luggage, and there was even underground parking available. it was a fantastic stay.

I would be happy to recommend this hostel.

This hostel was totally worth the money - clean room with everything working, and a fantastic location in the shopping area. The staff were super nice and friendly, even storing my luggage when I arrived early.

One thing that could make breakfast better is having a wider selection of options.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. the hostel was spotless and well-maintained, with clean and tidy bathrooms that had shower gel and towels available. the bed was comfortable and cozy, and I loved the fact that each bed had its own electrical outlet, locker, shelf, and privacy curtain. the common area had large windows that offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, which was a lovely bonus. the location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance and just a short drive away from Banff.

That the hallway lights were a bit too bright at night, even with the curtains on the beds. It would have been nice if they were dimmed to create a more peaceful and restful atmosphere.
